Payless Auto Glass is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team! In New Haven and Fairfield Counties.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, body shops, and fleet accounts
Promote our auto glass repair and replacement services throughout assigned territories
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing accounts
Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience in auto glass or automotive sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset
